Medical Students

We are a teaching practice for Guys', Kings and St Thomas' Medical School, and sometimes the doctors will have a medical student present. If you would prefer not to have a student present during your consultation, please tell the receptionist.

New Cross NHS Walk-in Centre

If you cannot get an appointment at the surgery, as an alternative you can visit the NHS Walk-in Centre at 40 Goodwood Road, New Cross SE14 6BL.

The centre provides access to health advice and information on other local services - you do not need to be registered with a doctor to be seen there. It is not necessary to make an appointment and you will be seen by experienced nurses.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday 7.00am - 10.00pm
Saturdays/Sundays/Bank Holidays 8.00am - 8.00pm

Casualty Services/Accident And Emergency (Open 24 Hours)

For any major medical problems such as:
• Severe difficulty in breathing/choking
• Loss of consciousness/blackout
• Suspected broken bones
• Accidental poisoning (take container to show doctor)
• Deep bleeding cuts
• Severe burns
• Chest pain
• Internal bleeding
